If youβve received a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit under the conditions below:
π‘οΈ General Return Conditions
- ποΈ Products must be returned in their original condition.
- π« Do not remove the product from its original packaging or use it if you intend to return.
- πΆ Inserting a SIM card and connecting to a cellular network = usage.
- π Connecting a WiFi product to a network = usage.
- π‘οΈ We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if products are not returned in original, saleable condition.
π Items That Must Be Returned
Please include the following:
- π± Device in original undamaged box (including inner trays)
- π Manuals and documentation
- π§» Screen protectors
- π Chargers, cables, hands-free kits
- πΏ CDs, pouches, covers
- π Any promotional items received with your purchase
β οΈ Important Notice
Products showing:
- β Willful or negligent damage
- β Scratches
- β Unauthorized modifications or repairs
…will be sent back to you at your expense.
π¬ Store Collections
- πͺ If you collect from an ExcellTronics branch, the storeβs retail sales policy applies.
- π Cooling-off periods do not apply to in-store collections.
π Incorrect Deliveries
If you received the wrong product:
- β Do not open the packaging.
- β Do not use the product.
- π Contact us immediately β we will arrange free collection and send you the correct item promptly.
βοΈ Defective Products
- π οΈ If your product is faulty or defective, it will be collected and inspected by the manufacturer.
- β³ Inspection timeframe: 7β21 working days (excluding courier times).
- π‘οΈ If found defective within 6 months:
- Free repair
- Free replacement
- Or a full refund
β If not defective (or damaged outside warranty), you will be responsible for return and re-delivery costs.
π Exchanges
- π¨ Weβll replace your product with the same color if available.
- π¨ If not, we will exchange it for an available color.
- π± If discontinued, weβll offer an equivalent model.
π΅ Refunds
- ποΈ Products must be returned with full original packaging and all accessories.
- π Refunds are processed after inspection by an authorized repair center.
- β³ Processing timeframe: 7β14 working days (excluding courier times).
β Special Notes

- If your product was bought on a special offer that is no longer available, only repairs (not replacements) may be offered.
π¦ Demo / Previously Owned Devices
- π Previously owned devices have a 7-day return window (unless otherwise stated).
- β³ Some products carry longer supplier warranties β details will be shown on the product page.
π Goods Damaged During Transit
- β If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery immediately!
- π Record the issue on the courierβs delivery form.
- πΈ Send us photos of the damage.
- β If you refuse delivery, we will resend your goods promptly.
β οΈ If you accept the parcel without raising concerns, the item will be considered delivered in good condition.
